Gallagher Bluegrass Belle Modified Mahogany 12 Fret Dreadnought - Torrefied Adirondack Spruce/Mahogany (NEW)

Just in from Gallagher Guitars, this is a fantastically satisfying 12 Fret to the body slope dreadnought, called the Bluegrass Belle!  It has been modified with a slotted headstock, and features a torrefied Adirondack spruce top and a mahogany body.  Super easy playability, which is so important in a guitar of this size, and huge and warm tonality make this guitar a standout!  Here is what Gallagher has to say about this model:

The Bluegrass Bell guitar stands as a testament to Gallagher Guitar Co.’s dedication to quality and tradition. We began the journey with a friend who challenged us to build a pre-war style guitar like his 1937 D-18.  To accomplish this, we use a forward shifted x-brace with a torrefied top of Red Spruce.  These guitars have become a crowd favorite.

This particular Bell is the 12th fret dreadnought.  This body shape is a traditional shape that was introduced by J.W. Gallagher in 1967 to the Gallagher lineup. This body shape features a distinctive slope shoulder body and a neck joined at the 12th fret, offering a unique playing experience. Its slotted headstock pays homage to the pre-war style, making it a favorite among musicians seeking a rich, even tone perfect for recording. With over 60 years of craftsmanship, Gallagher guitars continue to resonate with musicians worldwide, celebrated for their unparalleled sound and historical significance.
